Complaints and returns

Procedure for returning goods:

Regards the return of goods within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

  1. Inform us of this fact by e-mail at eshop@divelit.cz, do not forget to include your order number in the email. Alternatively, reply to any of our emails that we sent you in connection with the order.
  2. Attach the completed form to the email, which you can download here:  Return of goods.pdf
  3. Pack the goods and deliver them to our warehouse address Jundrovská 618/31, 624 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Attach the completed form from step 2 to the package.
  4. After delivery, we will inform you about the processing and then refund you according to the terms and conditions.
