Complaints and returns
Procedure for returning goods:
Regards the return of goods within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
- Inform us of this fact by e-mail at eshop@divelit.cz, do not forget to include your order number in the email. Alternatively, reply to any of our emails that we sent you in connection with the order.
- Attach the completed form to the email, which you can download here: Return of goods.pdf
- Pack the goods and deliver them to our warehouse address Jundrovská 618/31, 624 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Attach the completed form from step 2 to the package.
- After delivery, we will inform you about the processing and then refund you according to the terms and conditions.
